“Toy Story 3″ was named best edited animated feature film — a category established just last year — at the 61st Annual ACE Eddie Awards.
Ken Schretzmann and director Lee Unkrich shared the honor Saturday at the Beverly Hilton.
Last year, another Pixar-Disney production, Up, won the Eddie for best edited animated film. It later won two Oscars, including best animated feature. Toy Story 3 is nominated for this year’s Academy Awards for best picture and best animated feature film.
Meanwhile, Chris Lebenzon was singled out for his work in Disney’s stop-action Alice in Wonderland, named best edited comedy or musical.
