A little Mexican hairless girl dog (from Park Avenue and 86th Street) is jealous of all the fancy pedigreed pooches parading their fine furs in a Fifth Avenue pageant, so she borrows a fur and enters the show. But it turns out to be a skunk pelt. Along comes Pepé, who mistakes her for a skunk and amorously chases her all over the city park.
