Trapito (Little Cloth) is a scarecrow with life itself, and a singular emotional sadness. One stormy night, he saves the life of a cute sparrow, Salapín. Apparently, the sadness of Trapito is because he was missing something. Finally, Salapín leads him to the house of the Patriarch of the Birds, an old bird who knows a lot about life in the forest and its inhabitants.
Thus, after weigh Trapito in the balance of life, he discovers that the reason for his sadness was due to lacking of illusions. From there, the Patriarch of the Birds entrusted to Salapín with the mission of being the guardian of the illusions of Trapito.
