06- The Incredibles

The Incredibles was the first- and, to date, only- feature Pixar film to not have the pizza truck in it. We are happy to be proven wrong on this, so if you spot it, let us know. Otherwise, you will have to content yourself with two A-113’s…

The first is audio-only. When Mirage is touring Mr. Incredible around  Syndrome’s lair, she mentions this as the meeting room number. The second reference is the prison level where Mr. Incredible is held is “Level A1″ in Cell # 13.

When Lucius and Bob drive out of an alleyway on their way to rescue people from a fire, one building has a sign for “Andy’s (the boy from Toy Story), while across the screen is a second sign for the Luxo Deli.

In the climatic final battle, as Mr. Incredible battles the Omnidroid, we can see a preview of Doc Hudson from Cars.

And in the follow-up short Jack-Jack Attack, we see Jack-Jack has a Luxo ball for a toy… (If you have not seen this short, you are missing a REAL treat- watch it today!)
